Exceptional customer service from the…
Exceptional customer service from the Vodafone Gainsborough team. I have visited various Vodafone stores over the years as I was previously a Vodafone customer however now with Three but this has to be the best service I have received.
While it was only for a simple query the team fully explained the options of products I could move to if I move to Vodafone. I was unsure about the signal in my area so I have purchased a Pay As You Go SIM to test the signal in my area as I have moved address since my last agreement with Vodafone.
Thank you for helping me transfer my data and thank you for exceptional customer service.
