Had a lot of issues recently with my phone, been to multiple different Vodafone stores and car phone warehouse stores. The lovely lady Kate in the Hempstead branch has helped me so much in understanding what has gone on and dealt with the situation so well. I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful worker.
