I visited the Vodaphone shop at…Breahead
I visited the Vodaphone shop at Breahead, and right away was made to feel welcome. I told the man what I was thinking about and he guided me through the process and gave me different options to choose from, and I walked away with a great deal. At no time did I feel pressured to choose, and he gave me a great set of options to choose from. And then when I chose my new tarrif, he quickly went through the formalities, sorted out a PAC code and even set up my phone for me. Brilliant. I felt so happy walking out of there, not only about having a new contract, but because the staff made it so easy. Well done Vodaphone. Great staff and a great product.

Alia at the Vodafone shop in braehead shop gave me excellent customer service. She went above the basic customer service and I received a gold star service from her. If I were a mystery shopper, alia would have scored well in excess of 100%

A genuinely great salesperson makes the experience so much better
Just got my new phone today, have to say Jason was just the most patient guy ever while I went back and forth trying to decide over and over re the Samsung S23 v Pixel Pro, genuinely he was so helpful and spent so much time helping us.
