Becca was exceptionally helpful, answered all our questions, and produced a financial answer which allowed us to upgrade both our phones.
I’m editing this review as following written contract arrived we realised that we had signed for something which hadn’t been clearly explained to us on the day. We have since had to make phone calls plus another visit to yet another store where the lovely young man sorted everything out for us after a distressing couple of weeks.

Went in to upgrade my phone and I was approached by Altea who was wonderful and when it came to options she gave me the plans that would best suit my needs and wasn't pushy at all which is refreshing to see.

Could only give one star because I…
Could only give one star because I can't give zero stars, my mother cancelled her contract with Vodafone because of terrible contract and customer service with Vodafone after 20yrs of being a customer. She received a message from Vodafone stating they were sad to see her go & passed on a PAC code to take to her new provider to retain her phone number. The next day she received another message welcoming her to her new air time plan!!! What do you people not get here ...the contract got cancelled & direct debits got cancelled.
