I got a message from Vodafone about my contract ending it told me to go online etc. I decided to go into the shop on Buchanan st. A lovely girl called Becca explained everything and dealt with my query. I was very pleased with her thoughtfulness etc. can I add I have always had excellent service. Vodafone team are full of shxte aye…
Vodafone team are full of shxte aye already told yous aye phoned 191 20 times and why would aye spend £10 on a topup to phone am 03 number and aye also explained and noted (zinc credit management) in my message so obviously Vodafone are getting paid through zinc but yous dont seem to non the wiser to get to the point Vodafone cancelled the contract even though there was a payment plan in place and aye was informed aye had to pay a certain amount within 90 days to renew the contract its a terrible way of conducting a business contract with a customer just scandalous !

Customer service experience appalling…
Customer service experience appalling in vodafone store. Despite being a customer for more than ten years and having identity documents and phone with me and email from them inviting me to upgrade my phone I was told to go home and complete an identity check form online. He stated problem with my address. I told him I have lived there for over 30 years! Would give no more help or information even after consulting with colleagues. Total lack of customer service skills. Returned home and on completing this online form I needed a reference number which I did not have. I called the help number was 52 in the queue and when I got through after some time was told I had been told to complete the wrong form. Stressed out and blood pressure over the top a whole day spent and still no new phone. Next day went to local Carphone warehouse spoke to an adviser explained my predicament and he said he couldn't understand why they had a problem. Address details were fine and in twenty minutes had a new phone, contract at a better rate and a pleasant experience with a friendly, professional adviser.

David needs to listen to what customers…
David needs to listen to what customers are actually saying instead of jumping to conclusions
2 attempts of actually trying to get help , refused to do a sim swap and speak to an advisor on my phone because he thought it wasn’t registered he also said this to the staff at the back at the square table and they quickly were at his defence ! The blind leading the blind .
