Upgrading phone
Absolutely fantastic service from Victoria. Came in to upgrade a very old phone. She listened to what I needed which was an updated phone but very simple and also the same as old phone. She was very kind and patient and took the time to go through everything with me, even when I came back to collect the new phone as we had to order it in. Excellent service from start to finish. She made me feel at ease about how to use the phone and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
