Visited your Gloucester store today, I believe my partner Jo has left a previous review about our need to visit, and received exceptional service from Kellie. Best service I have received in any store, not just a Vodafone store, in years. The service received today was so good I will now be visiting this store for any future upgrades/contracts/purchases for my business rather than doing it online!

Kellie is an asset to your Gloucester store!
Today my partner and I visited the Gloucester store to pick up a phone we order at 9:45pm the night before. We were greeted straight away by Kellie who was amazing in assisting us with our collection so much so we ended up taking out an additional sim only contract while we were there. This sim only contracted was needed for the phone we were upgrading and we was not going to initially do this in store as we thought it would be a long winded process vs getting one online however due to the exceptional service we were already receiving we were comfortable enough to get one sorted there and then and only took less 5 minutes! The deal we got aswell was much better than online and was the same cost as what we had found online the previous night with who we was thinking was the cheaper companies, such as lebara. We also needed a charger for the new phone due to the change in ports and Kellie was even honest in recommending one that was cheaper than Apple but delivered the same service. It was so lovely to have someone honest rather have a hard sell to the more expensive products.
All in all the service was great, the atmosphere in store was welcoming and comfortable, and has brought back the confidence of shopping in stores rather than online. We will definitely be visiting this store for any of our future phone purchases/upgrades. Well done Vodafone, please keep employing people like Kellie… I hope you reward your staff as much as they are rewarding you with their positive, friendly approach to your customers which will keep them loyal and coming back for years to come.

My partner and I spent time with Kellie who guided him through the process of changing going his phone and broadband deal. She was so lovely, helpful and approachable! Kellie in the Gloucester store was so welcoming and helpful during my experience. Although the computers were very slow, she kept me entertained with her warm personality.
