Great service!
Frank was extremely helpful, polite and explained everything to me perfectly. I enquired regarding my handset payments coming to an end and I was looking to upgrade. Frank asked what my preference was I explained and he showed me the handsets fitting my preferences that were available. He explained clearly regarding billing/terms and conditions etc. Answered all questions I had, I can’t thank Frank enough for his time and help today. Excellent customer service and a credit to the team, a reason why I’ve been a long existing customer with Vodafone.
