I have had a great experience today. Having damaged my current phone beyond repair....I was helped by Kirsty who provided me with the reassurance I needed and sorted out a wonderful new phone for me. I was also impressed with Kirsty's colleague, who was most helpful as well.

poor service
Gone to this shop 20 years to top up my PAYG the assistant Lisa was very unhelpful, I only wanted a £10 top up but obviously this was not beneficial for her and kept trying to sell me a plan, its for an alarm system I dont need a monthly plan! and she would not top up my voucher, this is first time this has happened, I have several Vodafone plans wont use this shop again
