Visited Vodafone this morning with my grandmother. She was due a new handheld and Lisa who works there was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. She got a good deal for us and was more than happy to help. Must say we had a rude encounter with a lady who interrupted our appointment and she dealt with her respectfully and dissolved a situation that could have ended sour. All in all very happy with the service given 10/10

Sale/Collection of new phones

Been with this internet provider for…
Been with this internet provider for two years and have had nothing but issues. We lose the signal constantly it can be off for days sometimes weeks. We always have issues with contacting them to resolve the issue after spending 45mins going through aotomaited security checks then to talk to someone who can barely speak English and not understand the issue we are talking about. It takes days for them to book a engineer and you can wait up to a week for anyone to come out to check the internet.
Highly recommend you do not pick this internet provider
