Do yourselves a favour if you go here READ carefully your agreement My router was awful (City Fibre) to blame here. We nearly lost the business landline. Had to cancel all Vodaphone and go back to Virgin to get any sense
Been a nightmare five weeks Told by store saleman We are just a franchise any problems get in touch with Vodaphone Dial 191 he said- would if I had a landline!

Excellent staff and services at Harrogate Store
I was very pleased to have received some excellent help from Alex at Harrogate Store on 8th January for the renewal of my mobile Contract and broadband Contract!
Although Alex was a new member of staff at that store, he was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional throughout the process!
Alex had kindly offered me a discount for my two Contracts to reflect my loyalty to Vodafone for the last 23 years being with them!
I didn’t prefer to keep a free feature on my mobile Contract for 3 months in case I might forget to cancel it before 3 months is due. Alex had kindly helped me cancel that free feature there then giving me a peace of mind!
I was extremely impressed with Alex’s professionalism and super efficiency!
Tom had recommended a faster broadband with a booster with an emergency dongle which sounded a better package than my previous broadband since I couldn’t get a signal in my bedroom being further away from the router in the lounge.
Matt had patiently helped Alex and me with necessary procedures which was very important to speed up the process before my parking time was due!
What a wonderful team work at this store!
After signing the two new Contracts on that afternoon, I had received a set of three pieces of the new broadband at home the very next day!
What a super fast service from Vodafone! Very impressive!
But unfortunately the new faster broadband and the router couldn’t work much better in my lounge and bedroom either. Therefore I had to return the new devices to their store on the 12th day.
Kyle was very patient and helpful dealing with my issue of return making it easy and smooth for me.
I was very pleased with all these helpful staff at this store.
I am certain that they will continue providing me all necessary help and advice whenever I come across any problems with my mobile or broadband.
I am very happy being a loyal customer with Vodafone for all these years!
Thank you so much for your time, attention, understanding and tremendous help to me!

Called at the Vodaphone shop in Harrogate to discuss upgrading and Matt explained items we failed to understand online. He also gave us a good offer and support. We are looking forward to the new phone in 2 days and him helping us to transfer all the apps over.
