Great service
We visited the Harrogate store today, to look at a new phone contract and new phone. We were helped by assistant manager, Cameron, who was knowledgeable and very patient. He took the time to explain everything and provide options so that we could make an informed decision.
There was no pushy sales pitch, just an extremely helpful guy.

New iPhone …
I had to revisit your Harrogate store yesterday Friday. (Should have been Thursday) but unfortunately there was a lack in communication with a staff member!
I called in at 15.00 to collect my new iPhone 16.
I am always a bit unsure when it comes to setting up a new iPhone from your existing one. But because of the lack of communication from a staff member Kyle offered to do it for free. As a way of apologising.
I left my existing iPhone with them went off to do a couple of bits in town and when I returned within 15 minutes my new iPhone was fully set up with the help of Dan as well.
You must take into account the shop was busy! People were waiting to be seen so it was a juggling act between customers.
So these two Kyle and Dan need to be thanked for their help and customer care.
New iPhone working fine no issues all good👍

Cameron was extremely helpful when I visited the Harrogate branch of Vodafone , he explained everything clearly and ensured I had the best contract for my requirement and usage .The service received was first class same significantly better than that I receive in the Farnham Surrey Branch !

Brilliant service from Kyle
I needed a new phone and contract in a hurry. Kyle in the Harrogate branch was across the range of phones and contract options and I left with a fully operational phone and the best contract terms and discounts within an hour. He also got me a new internet deal that reduced my monthly cost by 50%. Great service.

Sympathetic support for 84 year old customer.
My 84 year old mum needed a new phone, and was very anxious about the whole process. Tom at the Harrogate branch was so lovely with us both. Very patient and reassuring when listening to mum’s requirements. Our first visit was a hugely busy day but he gave each customer the time they required. He understood that an elderly person could be more concerned about the size and weight of a phone rather than worrying about the specifications of the camera. It took a further two visits before we were able to take home the phone due to a glitch in the system but Tom compensated us by setting up the phone for free. Mum now happily messaging her family and able to send photos again, and delighted with her new phone.

Up till last night didnt have problem
Up till last night didnt have problem, vodaphone offered me a reduction in price so i went to the shop totake the offer, at the shophe saod i can do one better if you keep the same price i can give you a better router the new router appeared in a few days, shock it only had two useable erthanet port my old router had 4 and were in use so new router was no gd to me so i sent it back and was promised to revert back my internet would keep working low and behold they cut me off and started the process of sigbing me up again and still haent got it back very dissapointed and feel lied to
