The ultimate customer experience
I had spent 3 days of my holiday in the UK trawling every mobile service provider through the bigger towns of North Yorks in search of an eSIM for use in the UK addition. Then through Harrogate with no luck or advice received. All said it could not be done for pay-as-you-go clients save, perhaps, online. But they were unsure….
Then I was introduced to Thomas, a savvy saviour! In 10 mins he had the addition sorted. All in the most professional, friendly manner. Vodafone UK can be proud of such an employee. For what it’s worth, I will spreading his name amongst family and friends in the Harrogate area. Thank you, Thomas, you changed our holiday and we are grateful.

Fantastic courteous service
I highly recommend the customer service at Vodafone Harrogate.
The team were all so friendly and professional and really knew their stuff.
They supported me to get a good deal and listened to what I was looking for and gave good advice.
I came away very happy with my phone package as they all went above and beyond to help me and were so polite and courteous , keeping me well informed throughout.

A WASTED afternoon
We had to wait ages for an agent to see us. We had ordered a refurbished iPhone 13 and went to collect it as arranged by phone.
After about 30 minutes faffing around on their computer they came to the conclusion that my (schizophrenic) friend didn't EXIST because she didn't have a driving license or passport. She provided her Debit Card and TWO utility bills which are USUALLY adequate evidence of identity

Genuine service and a great deal
I came in today due to an issue with phone. The lad I saw was really helpful. My phone was on its last legs and the guy managed to get me the phone i wanted on a brilliant deal! I really liked how genuine they were with me and how they just wanted to get me the best deal for me, instead of trying to sell me the most expensive phone on the market! Will definitely be coming here again.
