Wayne was very helpful and patient when I brought in my elderly Dad for a change of contract and a new phone. He took the time to explain and go through the different options. Very good. After a shaky start following the loss of my 30 day data sim card I returned and was seen by Thomas who was extremely helpful and sorted an new sim immediately to tide me over until my new home Vodafone connection is installed
