Good advice
I received good advice and a lot of help from Wayne in the Hastings branch.
Also when I picked up my phone he went over and above to help with the transfer of data, apps etc between the phones.

So worth the effort!
Took a ninety year old who was having minor trouble since IOS 18 and the service was excellent.
Within 15 minutes, the phone was reset and new cheaper contract recommended.

Great service!
Had some issues with my phones network, as the helpful staff checked they found that my phones software was very out of date! They did some updates and since then the signal has been perfect!

I went to the Hastings Vodafone shop to get a brand new Iphone and i ended up walking out with the Iphone 16 Pro Max for a very fair cheaper price. Emily (the lovely girl who served me) got my price down and was so friendly towards me when I had no scooby.
