I'm a loyal and absolutely strict customer of Vodafone UK for 9 years and 7 months, I've bought 2 devices from Vodafone and I'm using them with Vodafone agreement. Today I was shocked from the customer service staff that I'm not eligible to pay my air time bill with arrangement after 12 days because I'm without job in the moment. Dear Vodafone, is that your loyality to your customers? 2 weeks ago I lost opportunity to start a job because it was interruption in the Vodafone networks for 1 hour and 15 min very early in the morning and I didn't had a sat navigation to go on time for induction course in my new (till that day) job because after that for me this job was cancelled - I can prove it if I decide to go further. I'm afraid this is not the way you can keep your customers and I believe you don't deserve my loyality. The problem with the late payment was solved after not nice conversation with the agent but I was deeply humiliated and I don't think that I will stay YOUR customer.
