Paul was great!
Paul was really helpful and informative with my request. Explained everything to me thoroughly and we even had a conversation about his holiday whilst waiting for checks to be done. The perfect example of personal service with someone who knows their job very well. Not very often do you come across someone who takes an interest in customers not just for their money but for their needs and build a rapport. Will be recommending Paul to my friends if they need any help with Vodafone!
