Abu, the manager was great. He got a better deal than what I had in mind. I have taken 3 lines from him so far, 2 from Walthamstow and 1 from ilford. Absolutely perfect service.

The interaction and customer services are brilliant. These two managers Abu Bakar and Sagar are very nice man. They have good customer communication and behavioral attitude. These are are really outstanding in their job.

VERY DISAPPOINTED:
If I wanted to give zero stars, I would. This company screwed me over with a SIM card and was unable to activate it themselves before telling me to head over to the Vodafone Store for it to get started. The Vodafone Store is not close to where I live and is a 45-minute trip away to get there, which I am not committed to doing since I am in a tight financial situation. I played around this week with this service, and now I think it's better that I decided to cancel it. The customer service is a joke with people working there who don't know what to do, and I have feelings now that my cancellation has not proceeded. If you need a better mobile plan, I suggest other providers rather than this one.
