Abu from the ilford store is amazing!
Abu from the Ilford store really helped me with my sim swap. I have been going back and forth with Vodafone customer services for so many months now and I never ever get a response or a call back. Every time I visit the Canary Wharf store after work I am waiting ages for someone to help me or nobody even acknowledges you.
When I went to the ilford store today Abu acknowledged me waiting in the queue and was very welcoming and friendly. He reassured me that he would help me and told for me to wait and even tried to get me a seat so I could sit and wait which was very nice of him.
When he was finished with the customer he was dealing with, he was quick to welcome me again and did the sim swap in seconds - something I was never advised of by any of the customer service team when I called countless times as I never had any connection and my data did not work not even in another country so I’ve been paying for my contract for no reason as nothing had been working.
Abu did the sim swap and now I feel better as the data is working for now whereas normally I would not even get any data or connection even in my house.
Thank you so much Abu for being so welcoming, lovely and helping me solve my network problems. Also for staying longer to help me even though you finished work at 5pm.
I will definitely be visiting the Ilford store again and I will ask for Abu from now on with any help I need :)
