Brilliant experience
Brilliant experience, Jay, sales advisor, was extremely helpful, patient, took his time to explain everything, was very happy all along and just a genuinely nice person. Needless to saw, we somehow walked away with more than planned, but thanks to him it just made sense. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back in the future.

Old mobile and young sales assistant I called int out my sister's…
I called in to sort out my sister's mobile, that had stopped working. It turns out that she had not used it for more than three months. Thus is where we had fun.
My sister is practically bed bound with terminal cancer so like to have her phone with her so she can call me if she needs help, or her husband if he has gone out.
Anyway, Charlie, the (very) young lad sold me on the idea of a new sim card,but was too young to know how to change a sim card on a (not smart) phone.we did have a laugh, something I haven't done much of lately. Anyway I was very pleased with the service I got from Charlie and the store in general.
