Friendly and helpful staff
All of the staff at Vodafone Kendal are super friendly and helpful. Amber in particular went over and above to sort out an issue I had upgrading (not the stores fault). Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you guys:)

A service that the call centre could never achieve.
The staff were able to come up with a solution to a problem of getting my fibre account transferred to my new address. That had been deleted by a member of staff from the call centre.
Amber really went above and beyond, to set up a new line to the house, new fibre contract, and unlimited data for my mobile. So I won't have to suffer too much while the new fibre contract is processed.
So a big thank you to Amber and the very tolerant deputy manager.

My Samsung Flip phone screen randomly…
My Samsung Flip phone screen randomly appeared with a green line and progressively got worse. Morgan in the Kendal store was extremely patient despite system issues and multi tasked perfectly across multiple computers and accounts to sort us out! And even willingly transfered all of our data from both our phones at the same time. Highly recommend Morgan :)
