Nick was brilliant in helping me with syncing my Apple Watch to my new iPhone 16 pro max
I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and he reassured me it was an easy process. Within 10minutes he had synced it all up and showed me how to use it!

I don't usually write reviews but this time I think it's warranted.
We were welcomed into the King's Lynn store and offered a seat. My daughter wanted to change her phone and set up her own contract rather than being on ours. Anthony asked questions about what she wanted from a phone, she had already chosen the one she wanted but Anthony checked it's suitability for it's intended purpose. He then went through all the different tariffs and they decided on which one way most suitable. Everything was then set up in next to no time and we walked out of the store very happy with the phone, the contract and the professional, knowledgeable friendly service we had received from Anthony.
