Terri was fantastic!!! 5 star customer service and so knowledgeable about the products and services on offer!! Just had the best customer service from Thomas , not only was he patient as I was a nightmare as haven’t a clue with phones or technology? He went above the duty and fixed a major problem with my current line, and I now can say I am a vodaphone customer.
Thomas even worked through his lunch break to go above and beyond his duty.
I can say I will definitely return to Vodaphone Kirkcaldy as all members of staff have been super patient and professional.
