Called in to Lisburn as I had several…
Called in to Lisburn as I had several issues with my old Huawei. Scott effortless tried everything to resolve to these and even spent time going over new phones and ended up saving me money on my Sim. Decided after getting a demo on on the new Google phone to take one. Couldn't thank Scott enough, left the store with a huge smile.

I collected my new IPhone 16 and they helped me set the device up moving my info from Samsung to my new phone. They took the time to show me the features and how to use the device and they were very kind and patient. I would recommend Vodafone Lisburn to anyone. I will be back again.

Exemplary (human) customer service
I wish to commend the staff in your Lisburn branch, particularly Giani and Jack, for their customer service regarding setting up my new contract. Giani persevered, clearing numerous obstacles built into my old contract, which enabled transitioning to my new phone. Both Giani and Jack ably demonstrated how going the extra mile can make a difference. I only hope that Vodafone hq can replicate such exemplary service by acknowledging how difficult navigating this process was, especially for me. This could perhaps be in the form of offering some good will gesture regarding my contract.
