Switching providers and upgrade
Decided to switch back to my old provider over ridiculous charges at EE and upgrade to a new device. Customer service was absolutely fantastic! Special thanks to Xinyi for getting me in and out, explaining everything and getting me a fantastic deal. Definitely better than the customer service I originally received a few years ago, glad to be back!!
