Balham staff went above and beyond for me

Vodafone Balham Exploratory Visit
I just popped in to the Balham Branch find out what Black Friday Deals on Home Broadband were on offer. In a quiet store I was walmly greeted by Rianne.
During a fifteen or so minute discussion on what packages might be suitable for my household, I found Rianne's customer service to be friendly, informative and even when she asked her colleague for assistance with one aspect, not empathetic.
Even though I didn't make a decision there and then, I found the overall experience a pleasant one and although I discovered that Rianne hadn't been there more than a few months, she is a credit to the company's customer facing team.
