Life is prosaic, seldom poetic, and sometimes we do get overwhelmed when the phone connection is being unfriendly as most of our day to day data and work revolves around it. I was completely helpless and lost.
However Ezgi of Ealing Broadway Vodafone helped me

21 November Khalid (Vodafone Ealing Broadway) sorted my long standing issues with my iPhone and my Vodafone account quickly and efficiently. He has a very courteous friendly manner and is extremely knowledgeable. Outstanding customer service
I had some issues with my phone and went to the shop to get guidance. The manager Ezgi gave me great advice and highlighted that I could get a new phone and pay less per month by opting in for a new contract. The staff member was professional, friendly and fast.
