Chris was incredibly helpful e dedicated on solving a problem about a cancellation that my friend had to make.
After cancelling his broadband back in December, the bills were still coming,
All the attempts of a phone call were unsuccessful, cause they ask for stuff that I could never know about,
Then I grabbed my friend and take him to the shop in Hampstead, where Chris took care of all issues.
The case became more complex than it should, so he couldn’t sort all in the same day, but he didn’t gave up, toke our contact, kept us updated until everything was sorted.
