Kem was extremely helpful in renewing my existing contract and explaining all the new upgrades such as roaming is now 83 countries. Plus he ensured that all existing add ons were carried over. I am very happy with the level of service Kem has provided today.

I received excellent customer service at the Vodafone store. Dave was patient and efficient, finding the best deal to accommodate the need for a second phone, resulting in an upgrade at lower cost.
