Chris was wonderful! I was very anxious that I’d lost my iMessage from my mobile number (I really had!) and he was able to restore it for me. He then recognised I was paying too much on my plan and transferred me to one which was much better value.

Full Fibre: A Disappointing Switch from BT
I was a customer of BT’s full fibre service for two years, and switched to Vodafone only because of a cheaper offer — and I deeply regret it! Their internet service is completely unreliable. Every time I struggle to get in touch — due to Vodafone’s outdated and frustrating communication system — I’m met with generic, meaningless responses. Their support team clearly lacks a basic understanding of simple networking concepts.
Vodafone’s full fibre setup has fundamental issues, and the speeds they advertise simply don’t exist in practice
I am a professional Video Editor and always need to send a receiving large video files. This service is not even enough for checking your email
