I went to the Hampstead Vodafone shop this week to buy a phone and switch my network from EE. I was served by a charming assistant David who was extremely helpful, supportive and patient. I found it all difficult to grasp but David was completely understanding and took endless trouble to explain everything. After being a Vodafone customer for 10years
After being a Vodafone customer since 2015 I noticed that my broadband deal had finished in April 2025 at £25 per month which was not even fibre optic my contract had finished and nobody contacted me and immediately hiked the price up to £30 per month with out notification they also reduced my deal of 10gigs of Data which was supposed to be unlimited originally as advertised, which never was. When I left their broadband this month on the 5th of Nov because I had moved and went with a different broadband I was told i had to pay the full November month as I have to give 30days notice to leave which meant I’m paying 2 broad band suppliers for November and now in December they have charged yet again another £30 for my broadband i phoned them today of course I’m speaking to someone abroad with limited English language and reading off a script and repeating the same thing. I was asking for a refund of the £30 as my final bill had already been paid this has happened before also I was without broadband a few months ago and spent over a week without wifi I had to use my data i was not compensated even after umpteen calls I would not recommend them, advice for Vodafone treat your older customers with more respect, when there is new cheaper deals they should contact you and let you know and offer their older customers the choice and stop hiking up bills with out notice it’s bad practice as most people pay by direct debit.
