Came to get a new phone. Hibba was so helpful and amazing, ive been a frequent vodafone customer and have always had a pleasant experience however she exceeded my expectations. She was so informative on every question i had and had the kindest and most attentive approach to my requests. Her bubbly shining personality was one ill never forget, i highly reccomend approaching if visiting. Shes the girly with the thick bouncy hair🥰.

I came thus branch to get good advice and upgrade my phone suitable with my budget . Saba helped me . When I come here I was in bad mood . Terrible attitude and customer service
I used the Oxford Street store in London . The assistant Brian who was assigned to me could not have been less helpful . He was disinterested to the point of rudeness and did not sort out the problem , but made it worse .
I shall be moving away from Vodafone as my provider .
