It’s been very unprofessional from a company like them. They lost my number that i used for years. Their customer service is very bad their retail shops staff are saying things that don’t even match to one another it was very confusing and frustrating journey i lost almost everything with my number with this bad company. Never coming back here and suggest everyone to not to take Vodafone for your own mental health.
