I spoke to Amber last night on the…
I spoke to Amber last night on the Vodafone chat, she was very helpful sorting out the deal I wanted for my new phone. I wanted to pick up the phone in store however it was 10pm, she stayed behind an extra hour as they close at 9pm but I was unable to pick up the phone from the store.
I then went to the Vodafone store in Westfield, Stratford and liaised with Ruchi how was very knowledgeable and helpful. She found the contract that Amber had logged in my account and we picked up from there. Ruchi helped set up my phone, screen protector and informed me about the £250 cash back from Samsung.
Both Amber and Ruchi were incredibly helpful and patient. They are fantastic representatives of Vodafone.
