Outstanding Service (Meleike)
Meleike was outstanding from start to finish. I had a really bad customer service…
I had a really bad customer service experience at the Vodafone Westfield store. I went in for a repair of a refurbished iphone 14 they sold me about 7 months ago. I was met with poor communication and a dismissive attitude.
They kept sending me to Apple for repairs, even though Apple clearly stated the warranty issue is Vodafone’s responsibility and that I shouldn’t be brushed off like that.
Today the guys at the front desk today at around 6pm looked like they couldn’t be bothered, and one of them practically rolled his eyes at me.
Unprofessional, unhelpful, and disrespectful. If you value your time and money, avoid this particular branch and go elsewhere.
I rang 191 and spoke to a lovely customer services officer who was extremely helpful. She advised that Vodafone has no internal complaints procedure, so I’m leaving my review on here!
