Staff on duty in Macclesfield on…
Staff on duty in Macclesfield on Saturday were rude and unhelpful - I went in to pick up a device that I had ordered in person in the shop two days earlier and because i did not take in id in the form of a credit charge i was not allowed to take the item - my daughter went in later to collect it and when she asked about the sim card and some technical advice was told to contact customer service

I am so impressed with Ben at Macclesfield, Vodafone. I have been snowed in and had a message to say I would lose all my data. I had no joy with scam help so came to the shop. Awesome Macclesfield store
All members of staff at the Macclesfield store were really friendly and helpful. I’m not great with loads of tech stuff I get confused but the staff made it all really clear for me. I would highly recommend the Macclesfield Vodafone store.
