I had a whole host of issues following…
I had a whole host of issues following a Samsung update, my passwords stopped being recognised, email accounts stopped downloading emails, webpages would no longer open, and many other issues. contacted VF C/S and they called me back for 4 Consecutive days, and finally was put to escalated support and had a call from a young lady called "TRUPTI" who stayed with me untill my issues were fixed, she really saved me a whole load of grief, thank you TRUPTI. thank yu very much.

They have certainly made me mobile!
I have been a Vodafone customer for over 30 years but have been so disappointed with the service over recent months. A few months ago I was looking to change my phone and wanted to look at the Samsung Galaxy flip. I went into the store in the Trafford Centre and they had them on display but fully bolted down so it was impossible to see the front screen. I asked if I could look at one and they said no, as they were bolted down and they don't carry any stock. The phone costs around £900 but you aren't allowed to check out the look, the feel, the weight?? The manager suggested I go to the Samsung store and look there - 'if you like it come back and order it here' - I pointed out I had been a customer for over 30 years and if I couldn't see the product before buying I would go elsewhere - he shrugged his shoulders. I have today been on line to them about something else and it was impossible to speak to a human - what should have been a 5 minute call took 50 mins! By bye Vodafone!!

Wonderfull experience at vodafone
Wonderfull experience at vodafone, tradford centre. I was there to switch my sim from other brand to vodafone, wanted to know what plans vodafone offers. The way in which mubeen have assisted me told me all the plans according to my need with such a big smile on face gave a wonderful experience today. And his kind behaviour and personalized assistance made me switch to vodafone. Hope it works fine. Mubeen is asset for vodafone.
