Great experience
Went into vodafone to get help getting my photos back to my phone.
Lydia was so helpful and fixed this for for me straight away.
I then decided to look at some new phone options as my phone so slow and old.
Lydia made this a smooth transition for me, she moved my number over and transferred all of my data across!
I would highly recommend visiting Lydia at the Merryhill Vodafone store.

Changing from O2 to Vodafone.

Fast and friendly
Me and my wife came in to the store looking for an upgrade as both our phones had seen better days. Neither of us really knew what we wanted or what was available. We were served by Lydia and she was friendly informative and very personable. She helped both of us find a phone and a deal that we were happy with and she did so while never rushing and answering all of our questions.
Lydia made a normally painful and drawn out process of buying a phone fast and easy.
I would highly recommend speaking to her if you go into the merry hill store.

Demy helped me so much!
I went to Vodafone this week as I’ve just moved into a new build and no providers were recognising my address. I was served by demy who went above and beyond to help me sort this, she suggested the 5G Gigicube! It works perfectly! She literally saved me so much stress and now I finally have wifi in my new home for myself and my children to use! I came into Vodafone today to enquire…
I came into Vodafone today to enquire about an iPad for my daughter. I met Lorelei who was fantastic in guiding me through info on the plans etc and also adding an additional for my other daughter. We also upgraded 2 phones at a great discount, and we were overall pleased. Lorelei deserves all the credit she gets and I hope next time I visit the shop I hear she’s been promoted or so. She has great customer service and extremely helpful.

I went into the Merry Hill store today…
I went into the Merry Hill store today 12/12/25 about an issue with my phone. I was seen by Emily. She listened, she found the issue and how to solve it. Not only that,she told me and showed me what to do when I got home she even wrote the instructions down for me so I would not forget. She was very courteous and sympathetic and made feel comfortable and not stupid. She made me feel quite at ease. She also assured me if I had any further issues to come back and see her.
