Went into store today to look at brand new contract deals with inderpal he sat down with me and went through all kind sim only plans and phones and sim plans I realised I wasn’t out of contract and couldn’t go ahead with it but was really grateful with all his help.

I visited the store in merryhill today with my daughter as I needed a new phone and we were served by Simran. He was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable from the start. SIM problem
My replacement Sim wasn't working in my new phone, which was purchased from ebay. Off we went to the Vodafone shop at Merry Hill.
Danny was great. Friendly, helpful and informative.
He fixed the issue (dodgey phone) found me a new phone with a better deal and looked at our other phone deals too.
Would definitely recommend 😊
