Excellent customer service by Boldi
I been trying to recover my Vodafone account for online login for days and finally today I went ot Vodafone MK Centre, where Mr Boldi sorted everything for me.
On top of that I renewed my Vodafone contract and got the top range broadband for the 2 £ more then my current contract.

I came to Milton Keynes Vodafone shop…
I came to Milton Keynes Vodafone shop and i was greeted straight away.
I was served by your colleague
AL-LARDHY.
The reason for my visit was to upgrade my phone. I could've done this online but I much prefer meeting on a one-to-one basis. Again Al-Lardhy made me feel welcome and whole experience was faultless. He went above and beyond and I left the shop with my new device with a smile.
I will keep on using Vodafone as long as people like Al are still about.

Impeccable experience.
I went in to the mk store on 12th April,and was greeted and dealt with by Boldizsar. He was extremely helpful and professional. The whole process of switching from my old network was made completey easy and stress free. Any questions or queries was answered straight away.
