Great customer service
Came in today to have a look at deals with my mum and was very satisfied with the service that I received. Connor and Alexia were very attentive and knowledgeable. I've used many phone shops in Morpeth over the years and the service I had from Connor at Vodaphone was by far the best, absolutely fantastic!! I've since been back twice to get phones for both of my daughters and he found me the best deals to suit my budget. Absolute credit to Vodaphone and I'll be back next week to sort out my home broadband!

First phone for my son...
I visited to get my son his first phone with no real idea what I needed or wanted as I'm a major technophobe.
Jas and Connor talked me through exactly what I needed and showed me the best handset for my needs as well as introducing me to the easiest ways to add family tracking and security to his device. I was able to go away and have a think before returning to sign up. I felt comfortable and not pressured at all which was lovely. A really friendly and welcoming store with genuinely helpful staff. Thanks so much for making an experience I was dreading one that I actually enjoyed.
