We visited the Morpeth Vodafone store today, because we were having problems with our phones. Megan met us in store and sorted our phones out really quickly.
She was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was. Megan was able to provide us with info about something else that we were interested in.

Kind and Caring Staff
I just wanted to to give a big shoutout and thank you to all the staff in the Morpeth Vodaphone shop on Saturday 4th May 2024. My Mum felt unwell and dizzy and let her have a sit down to recover. However she went from feeling unwell to passing out for some unexplained reason.
The staff were absolutely brilliant, kind and caring. They did their first aid thing and phoned an ambulance immediately whilst being there for my mum all the way. Another thank you to the kind kind arcade gentleman who was also extremely kind and perhaps the vodaphone staff can pass this on for me.

Great service, phone fixed in a jiffy.
Visited Morpeth Store today to see if I could get help with a problem on my phone, I am on the Vodafone network. Although the problem was not due to network issues Megan in the branch was incredibly helpful and restored my phone to full function quickly and professionally. She was great, nothing was too much trouble for her. I will certainly return when my phone needs upgrading. Thank you very much Megan. The old couple.

I decided to change service provider and a relative recommended going to Vodafone in Morpeth. She said there's a great guy there called Connor who's very helpful and friendly.
He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Transferred everything across to my new iPhone 15 and showed me what was different to my old iPhone 7.
I also signed up to Broadband with you as I'm moving into a new house soon.
Conner explained everything to me and offered a discount as a package.
I work in Morpeth and he said to pop in anytime if I have any issues.
I'm so happy with my new phone.
What an asset he is to Vodafone and nothing was a problem to him.
