When we entered the store an assistant approached us, didn’t say good afternoon and how are you, just stood there, I asked a simple question about my phone, he didn’t respond, just took my phone, started scrolling up and down, didn’t engage, carried on scrolling up and down, it was actually embarrassing, he clearly didn’t have a clue, I said to him “ would one of your colleagues know” he then waved over a colleague and rudely walked back to his desk!!! We were gobsmacked…. His name was Femi. Selena came to our rescue who always goes that extra mile to help, so what was a minus star ended up being 5 stars, thank you Selena, Femi needs manners first and customer relations tutorial.

Absolute nightmare with Vodafone
Absolute nightmare I left virgin and joined Vodafone 150 plus. Openreach turned up at 08.30am and fitted in everything at 10.30 and tested it when I was there. They said everything will be connected in one hour but it never worked out. I rang Vodafone Mohammad answered said I was connected at 10.00am. it is now 13.00 no WiFi. Mohammed said he will look into it he said he will ring me back between 15.00 and 17.00 in that time it started working he rang back I said thank you it's all working. 30 minutes later it all went. I rang Vodafone again and Esham answered I told him what happened he said he will sort it out I was on the phone for a hour with him trying to sort the problem out then he hung up. I was really fed up I would like to put a swear word in but I can't. Now I have WiFi I did a speed check and all I got is 20Mbps I am paying for 150Mbps. I wish I stayed with virgin media broadband for the sake of saving £2 it's not worth it.

Absolutely disgusted, workers are liars, data usage goes down so fast 1GB = gone in 5 minutes! Very expensive prices as well : 15 GB for £30!? What a waste, I don’t recommend people to use this!
