This is the worst broadband provider I regret joining them, the help team is not even in the UK but in Egypt! And I have been facing internet problems since I joined while having to call their help team in Egypt every time, it's been a headache for me but they never forget to charge me £30 something a month for it!

Stephanie went above and beyond for me
I was had a short amount of time as I needed to get my luggage and get to the station for a train at 3pm. The salesperson (Stephanie) at the Eldon Square Store in Newcastle was excellent and was clock watching with me and doing everything as fast as she could. I want to say I appreciated her speed and efficiency for completing my upgrade. I made my train with seconds to go. Stephanie, went above & Beyond to get me sorted. She also sorted a sim card for my mum so she could use my current phone when I swap over. Stephanie, found a great deal for me cheaper than my current one.
I will go back one day just to say thank you
