I first saw OLLY on Sunday 26/7 after being misled by EE and 02 not being able to help
I was reluctant to leave Vodafone but had been told I had to due to changing other facilities at home after my husbands death
Olly advised me to return to see him on the Wed 29th when we could sort out the problem
This was done and all my concerns were dealt with and I was able to continue my long term account with Vodafone
Both Olly and his trainer Ash were helpful, thoughtful considerate and understanding
I am very happy to have my account with Vodafone

I needed a new phone and to review my broadband plan. Olly explained the plans available to me and all costs involved. He explained the pros and cons of each phone option,taking in to account my preferences, rather than pushing to make a sale. He then supported with scheduling a engineer to upgrade my broadband while reducing my monthly cost.

Dream team
Having smashed my phone, I needed a replacement quickly, with as much of my data salvaged as possible, without costing the earth... Olly and Dan at the Newmarket store understood the assignment! While Olly quickly went through my options for a new phone, and found a way to save money on my existing plan, Dan found a unit that was immediately available and then worked his magic to back up as much of the data that he could from my damaged phone.
I had feared a really long and complex process of getting a new phone sorted at short notice, but this dream team had me out the door in under an hour with just a few updates etc left to do to finish setting up the new device.
I was so glad I decided to go in store rather than try to go it alone online.
