Just visited Vodafone shop at Newmarket and Tuhin help me with few problems I had. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful, very grateful to him for all his help today.

Attended Newmarket store at 0910am on…
Attended Newmarket store at 0910am on saturday 21st June, only 2 vodafone representatives in store, no aircon and doors have to be kept closed and locked.
It's now 1024am and we still haven't been served :( extremely understaffed, customers queuing outside door, vodafone staff that are here have to keep attending to customers waiting outside the shop to explain, another potential customer has come in but requesting phone charger causing further delays and problems.
Not a good business model at all Vodafone 😞
