Very knowledgeable
The customer advisor at this Vodafone branch in Newmarket was extremely helpful but also very knowledgeable. He was trying his best to find me the best deal for a SIM ONLY contract. He also gave me advice on the issue with the billing having been charged for an iMessage sent from overseas despite my data being switched off before flying out.

Switching our account from BT to Vodafone was never going to be an easy task, but Olly took us through the process, and dealt with the system oddities and bugs in a calm professional and friendly manner.
