Dan yer Man at Newmarket
I was helped by Dan today..... he was great! Luckily he wasn't in Ely or Cambridge, where he might have been, but in sunny Newmarket just waiting to share his knowledge and experience with this slightly techno challenged rising pensioner. However, Dan made me feel that I'm not the only one who feels like this and navigated me through updating my phone and choosing a new tablet. I'm now £1.50 better off per month 😃 But I now need to buy a case for my new tablet which is the size of a small TV!! But that's fine, as my declining eyesight necessitates such an upgrade.

Positive visit for Black Friday deal at Newmarket.
I was trying to secure a Black Friday deal for Vodafone Broadband & an upgrade for my SIM-only mobile contract. The visit to the store took over an hour in order to get everything sorted but that hardly mattered as I was more concerned that I got the offers before they expired.
Throughout the visit I was dealt with by Olly who was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He explained everything fully, and was patient when certain obstacles in the Vodafone online system had to be overcome. Olly managed to complete the transaction to my complete satisfaction. I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of Olly and the staff at this Newmarket branch.
If I ever need any further assistance from Vodafone that can't be obtained online, I will make a point of returning to the Newmarket store.

Vodafone disconnected my broadband by mistake. I have spent the last 5 days trying to resolve it with no success. But Holly at its Newmarket store was extremely helpful today.
