Vodafone sales assistant issues
Bought a new Samsung phone through Vodafone Newport isle of wight branch, was told that the phone came with 3 free gifts, the customer assistant didn't elaborate about how to claim them, i assumed it would receive an email, went back to store in Newport today and was told the promotion had expired.
Vodafone you need to train your staff better, consequently I won't be using Vodafone again or recommending anyone else to
