Kerry Northwich - 5 stars
Kerry from the Northwich branch is very professional, explains how she is going to sort out your problem and then does it, whilst we were there she had another customer waiting for her and she also politely told him how long she was going to be and apologised for keeping him waiting. She is very friendly and an excellent communicator- great asset to Vodafone!

Great experience at this store
Great experience at this store. After being unable to sort a new phone and contract online and over the phone I decided to go in store. Will sorted me out with a great offer and all sorted in 20 mins! Brilliant customer service!

I have recently moved over from years with o2, to Vodafone. The lady who dealt with me, Chelsea, was very professional. She took her time to get the right deal for me!
